Return Policy
Above all, we want a satisfied customer. If you are dissatisfied with the wooden toy, contact us at info@playfulwoodentoys.com or return the wooden toy to us within 10 days for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. The only exception is the personalized items, which can not be returned.
Backorder Policy
We will notify you regarding any out of stock items and the estimated date of shipping on those.

Orders $20.00-$49.99 are $10.00
Orders $50.00-$74.99 are $12.00
Orders $75.00-$99.99 are $15.00

International shipping is available using the postal service. Depending on the order, insurance may be necessary.
Damaged Goods Policy
1. If the wooden toy is obviously broken in transit by the shipping company, we will notify the carrier after you contact us at info@playfulwoodentoys.com.
2. If the item is damaged and the box is not, item is to be returned to the shipper in the original box and they will replace it free of charge.
