Are the toys painted with a lead free paint?

All of the paint used on our kids wooden toys is a non-toxic toy enamel. It is safe for all children.

What do I do if a toy arrives damaged?

1.  If the wooden toy is obviously broken in transit by the shipping company, contact info@playfulwoodentoys.com and we will assist you in getting a new item.
2.  If the wooden toy is damaged and the box is not, the toy is to be returned to the shipper in the original box and it will be replaced free of charge.

Is there any way to replace worn or broken wooden toy pieces? 

If the wooden toy is damaged do to wear and tear, we may be able to help you replace the part.
